User comments:

This is a great app, especially considering it’s free and developed by a very small team. It’s very user-friendly, which is why I particularly like Freefy; the ads appear directly on the screen rather than playing as audio interruptions that break up the music, as is the case on other platforms.

The app performs very well for music playback. The ads are primarily banners, so there are no audio interruptions while music is playing—it’s truly an excellent music app. However, I would like the music to keep playing even when I close the app or lock my phone. While it does support background playback, it tends to pause, and I have to manually turn the volume back up to get it playing again.

This app is fantastic and free, but it requires you to log in repeatedly—and I use a very important account for it. Also, there’s no way to exit the video view. Please add an option to switch between audio and video modes.

Advantages and disadvantages:

Pros

Developer promises no advertising between songs

Free access to features described as Premium-style

Cons

Reportedly can freeze on the Freefy logo

Conclusion:

Freefy allows users to save their favorite songs and playlists to a personal music library. While the app includes visual advertisements, there are no audio ads, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted listening experience—making Freefy an ideal choice for music lovers in search of a free music solution.
