First off, this app performs reasonably well for editing YouTube videos. However… it has a major problem: video clips, effects, etc., randomly disappear during editing. This is incredibly frustrating and significantly increases video production time; sometimes you can't even edit exactly as you envision, because as soon as you solve one problem, another pops up.

It's May now, and my subscription expires in August. I've been using this app since 2023, and it's 2026 now. Why are you raising the price of an already paid account? This is clearly illegal. You can't sell me a product and then say, "Oh, I want to charge more." You're not some con artist with a legal team like T-Mobile. Fix this already!
