Game guide

Lighter: From where you spawn at, it's up one floor in the drawer inside the second door.

Wire cutters: When you're in the vents, take the path down that's just across from the white vent cover, then follow this path straight until you come out on the other side of the red staircase. Run up the flight of stairs in front of you and continue down the hallway to the left before running into the second door on the right. Press the free-moving bookshelf against the cabinet and jump on top of it before crouch jumping into the vents. In the room you end up in, the cutters will be on a small table. The only use they have is using them to cut the fan wire (located in the room at the top of the red staircase). You can drop them after.

Screwdriver: Once you initially drop down into the kitchen, run out and go to the door just in front of and to the right of the kitchen exit, then unlock it and run through up the steps. Once you're up the steps, take a left, run down the hall, and enter the first door on your left. In this room, there will be a desk that has the screwdriver in its topmost drawer.

Hammer: After dropping down into the kitchen from the vent exhaust fan, run into the big central room, and in the middle, against the back wall, the hammer will be on the left side of a cabinet. The only use for the hammer is to pull the nails out of the boards blocking the door that is just across from the room where you first entered the vents. Once the boards are all off, you can drop the hammer.
