Make Adjustments To The Settings
Despite having no controls over how your hero moves about in Cover Fire, aiming and shooting still require great precision and timing. With multiple enemies ahead of you as well, switching aims fast without jeopardizing your accuracy becomes even more critical. Part of what contributes to how well you can aim and shoot depends on your innate skills and perceptiveness but a fraction of it can be attributable to the in-game configurations as well.
Push Forward With The Campaign
The campaign in Cover Fire serves as its main game mode. It currently has 13 episodes with each episode having 12 stages. The campaign is not just an avenue for you to get accustomed to the basic gameplay mechanics and challenges but it also serves as your primary source of items and resources to keep strengthening your team and pursue greater challenges.
Spend On Upgrades Whenever You Can
Cover Fire starts you off being able to make short work of the enemies you have to defeat in the earlier levels of the campaign. With everything kept as is, you will soon notice the many contributing factors that would make latter stages more and more challenging. There are different stats attributable to your team’s performance in combat and these stats, while decent at the first stages, will have to be improved through the cards you obtain from the rewards.

Advantages and disadvantages
Pros
Offline campaign with more than 60 missions
Automatic cover movement works well with touch controls
Mercenaries provide distinct weapons and skills
Online tournaments, zombie battles, and timed sniper missions add variety
Cons
Energy, tickets, and upgrade timers can interrupt play
Individual missions can feel disappointingly short

User comments
The game is very enjoyable. My only wish is that the upgrades go beyond level 20. The max combat level you can reach with all the upgrades and best weapons/characters is 1475. It's common to face off against seemingly real opponents that have combat levels above 1500, which leads me to believe they're AI. It would be great if the levels were increased to 30 or even 50.
So this is a fairly good Free to play FPS shooter. Inspite of it being F2P amazed at the missions where one has to use Missiles or shoot from a Vehicle. very good missions supporting the grind and reward system. Feels pretty balanced may have to watch adds and grind the game equally rewards for the Grind! At start it may seem less money but eventually ones you grind it catches up. Very happy to see the amount of levels, characters, weapons, etc. Recommended for casual shooter shoot and chill!
This game is very good. Though there are a lot of ads, but they are not very intrusive. the progress level is good. As of now, there are 13 Chapters and I don't think they will update is as it has been one year. There is a range of Guns and Heroes to choose from. The graphics are also good for a free game. 5/5

Summarize
Cover Fire is a first-person shooter game, where players take control of a small group of mercenaries facing off against Tetracorp, an evil mega-corporation that is occupying different areas of the planet, subjecting their people and seizing all of the precious resources. Luckily, our little group of heroes is there to stop evil in its tracks.
