ShutApp

ShutApp is a background management utility that allows you to shut down and lock specific applications. It scans for running apps and identifies those that consume significant power. By locking the CPU at its lowest performance level, it significantly conserves battery life and prevents the phone from handling high-load tasks. ShutApp scans all the running apps in your device and monitor the most power exhausting apps, You can then select the apps you want to shut down. Shut App automatically kill these apps and you get huge amount of battery saving.

CPU Shut Lock

When the screen is off, it automatically locks CPU (Processor) to the lowest possible frequency. This ensure huge battery saving

CPU "the brain of android" constantly computes many demanding tasks like updating apps, checking for software updates, etc. This computing power drains lots of battery and is used when you don't need it. That's why CPU frequency needs to be lowered when the screen is off.
