Introduction

Warplanes: WW2 Dogfight is an aerial combat simulation game centered on the Second World War. It features over 50 historically accurate aircraft, which players can freely customize. You can experience campaigns from the perspectives of five different nations, carrying out missions across various theaters of war. The game allows for seamless perspective switching and includes a system for recruiting and training pilots. It also incorporates squadron management mechanics, helping players quickly get to grips with aerial warfare. The game is free to play, and most of its features are available offline.

Features

Fly fighters and bombers

Warplanes: WW2 Dogfight includes more than 50 historical aircraft types. You can fly fighters such as the Spitfire, P 51 Mustang, and Hurricane, or use bombers including the Lancaster, Stuka, and B 17 Flying Fortress. Aircraft can be customized before missions, helping you prepare for the role ahead.

Play campaigns from five nations

You can take part in campaigns from the perspectives of the USA, Great Britain, USSR, Germany, and Japan. These campaigns move through settings in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific, including Russian tundra and Egyptian desert areas. This structure lets players see missions from several sides of the conflict.

Handle different mission objectives

Warplanes: WW2 Dogfight does not limit missions to fights against enemy planes. You may defend ground targets, escort allied units, attack naval forces, or bomb strategic objectives. As a result, selecting a fighter or bomber matters before you take off.

Lead pilots in your squadron

You can recruit pilots, train them, and assign wingmen to missions. Your wingmen can fly with you during sorties, adding a squadron management layer between flights. Alternatively, you can fly missions alone if you prefer to manage every aerial engagement without support.

Build a working air base

Between missions, Warplanes: WW2 Dogfight lets you improve a military base. Hangars, pilot facilities, anti aircraft artillery, and barrage balloons are among the structures available. Base development supports the wider campaign rather than replacing the flight missions.

User comments

This is a fun game, particularly the community developed missions can choose a level of difficulty. You can pay but you can still have fun playing if you don't, Hard is often very very hard. Refreshing. The ads are done very well. not long. You aren't watching ads more than playing. game play is simpe but fun and engaging.

It's one of the best games I've ever played, even in my childhood. It's truly a gem, and you deserve the very best. I just want to mention a few suggestions for minor improvements, such as the rewards of completing missions, removing auto-aim, and definitely adding moooooore planes. Keep going! You're creating masterpieces, not just games.

This game is sooooo fun! I find it interesting to stop. The graphics are to good, it's fairly easy to buy new planes and add to your squadron, I have a game set in every country USA, great Britain, USSR, Germany, and Japan. I think that you should be able to have multiple of the same plane example: 3 P-51 mustangs and, 5 Corsairs. I also wish that the mission wouldn't end if you blew up, realistically the rest of your squadron would keep fighting. I also hope they will make a modern version.
