Thief Simulator is a simulation game for Android devices that casts the player in the role of a thief. After being released from prison on bail, the protagonist finds themselves saddled with a family debt; to pay it off, they must complete various assignments to earn money. Success requires a combination of stealth and swift action as players accept contracts to either destroy or steal specific items. Each mission comes with a time limit, and the rewards earned can be used to purchase and upgrade equipment. Players can also unlock new skills—such as hacking, lock-picking, and cracking safes—by accumulating experience points.

Story

Throughout the game, the thief will be working for the Lombardis, a crime family that he owes money to for bailing him out of jail. He will receive phone calls from his main contact and primary antagonist, Vinny, who is the only character in the game with true dialogue. (The police, security guards, and tenants with guns will say a few words, but that has nothing to do with the story.) Following these missions will see the thief's debt paid, and then repayed with something a little extra from the Lombardis. This will also unlock the added NG+ Mode after the end game credits are watched.

Stealth infiltration and escape

Before you download Thief Simulator, understand that success depends on staying undetected and acting fast when needed. You use shadows and objects to stay out of sight, avoid locals and police, and handle alarms or tracking dogs when things escalate.

Client assignments with clear goals

You accept orders that ask for specific items or damage to selected targets. Motives vary, but the tasks are clear and timed by circumstances. Leave the area before law enforcement arrives to keep the payout.

Sell loot and upgrade gear

After a successful job, trade your haul through an online market inside the game. Use the cash to buy tools that open new options. Look for bargains, purchase information when needed, and expand equipment in your hideout.

Skill growth and new access

Experience points unlock practical skills such as hacking, lockpicking, safe opening, jewelry dismantling, and car theft. As abilities improve, new locations and jobs become available. Observing household routines or buying intel helps you choose a plan that fits your current skill set.

Plan and be patient

The two most important things to remember while playing Thief Simulator are planning and patience. The game provides a simple way to learn the habits of the household members, and there are no time limits here (except for the possible return of other household member). It's a good idea to spend some time planning the job - get to know the character's routes, wait until a random witness moves away from the windows or until the area is clear before you decide to break in through the window.

Get rid of unnecessary items from your inventory

The same applies to items that you may acquire during the job, but which are not needed at the moment and cannot be sold. By this we mean the keys to houses or rooms. They will very quickly appear in your inventory and they occupy valuable space, which can be put to better use. Unnecessary keys can be stored in a locker in your base or in your car - just remember to take the keys that may be useful during the burglary!

Learn the household's daily schedule

Houses that you are going to break into will initially be unguarded - just come at the right time, when nobody is inside and take off with everything you can lift. Over time, however, some residents will remain in the house around the clock and you will simply have avoid them. Here's where the character marking mechanic comes in handy - just point the cursor at a character and press the button responsible for marking to find out the daily schedule of the character.

I really like this game and would recommend it to anyone else who love fps like myself! It would just be a little more realistic if the avatars would move at a more human steprate. As in, the actual speed that your character moves is good, it's just like a person running, but the amount of footfalls that you hear per second is a little bit weird. Just slow that down a little, but other than that, bravo developers!!!

This app is kinda crappy...Sorry but there is waaayyyy too many ads in here to even fully enjoy the game IF it was even enjoyable..the controls are very sloppy..I understand to play something like this is hard on a phone but the cursor is too quick and moving around is very irritating because the guy slides when you don't want him to. There should be at least a little intro to how to use the controls as it was confusing starting off. I didn't know I was suppose to drive to the 1st place..
