It is true that this version is better than the global version, I recommend tlm to install it instead of the global version if you have a chance, this version has fewer agents and cheaper skins.

5 stars because this version gives you a lot of permanent outfits compared to the regular version, which is really cool. And it's easy to get skins on almost any rifle, whether it's a sniper rifle, or an automatic rifle like the M416, or even the AKM, M762. So for me it deserves 5 stars
