You are able to stand up in the vents and continue exploring places like the museum, garage, and control room. Even though you found the metal bar and got the electro gun, you were unable to complete the game. During a cutscene, you heard JS's voice and then got kicked out of the game. It seems like there are some issues that need to be fixed.
