Introduction

House Flipper: Home Design is a very fun house renovation simulation game. Players will organize, repair, and renovate houses in the game. They will then decide whether to fulfill client orders or sell the property. Players need to handle the house according to the specific goals set by the client and earn a stable income in the early stages of the game. They can also expand their business by selling properties and utilizing renovation operations. The game features very clear 3D graphics and convenient touch controls. The game offers a wide variety of decorations for players to choose from, allowing them to create rooms that match their own style and have a better gaming experience.

Features

Clean, repair, and refresh for clients

You begin with client requests that outline specific goals. Clean dirt, remove trash, repair broken fixtures, and paint walls to match their brief. These jobs teach the basics and provide steady income early on. As tasks grow, your workflow becomes more efficient and satisfying.

Buy, renovate, and sell houses

Beyond client orders, you can purchase run-down properties, improve them, and sell for profit. First, evaluate costs and pick projects that fit your budget. Then renovate in a targeted way to boost value before listing the property. Over time, smart flips help grow your in-game business.

Realistic 3D visuals with touch-friendly controls

House Flipper uses detailed 3D environments so you can see progress as rooms change. Movement, cleaning, and placing items are adapted for taps and swipes, which makes tasks feel straightforward on a phone. This design supports short play bursts when you have a few minutes and longer sessions when you want to finish a full renovation.

Large catalog of furniture and decor

The game includes hundreds of furnishings and decor pieces with multiple color and style variants. As you progress, more items unlock, which opens up new layout ideas for kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas. Because of this variety, rooms can be matched to client tastes or shaped to your own preferred style when flipping.

Tool upgrades and a customizable office

Completing tasks earns experience that unlocks better tools. Upgrades speed up painting, cleaning, and installation, which reduces the time spent on routine steps. You can also personalize your office space, creating a base that reflects your approach as your business develops.

User Reviews

This game is great, don’t get me wrong though some of the “missions” start becoming the same after awhile. It would also be amazing and possibly something for in the future to tear down houses you bought and maybe be able to extend them. Some of the cheap houses are on lots of land so it would be cool if we could design the house How we wanted. Another possible update this game could use would be adding a thing to where ones you sell your house you get offers and can take the best one. I don’t know if it’s true or not but it seems like you lose money if you but a house and flip it. So almost like bidding wars would be cool to make sure we get the correct amount of money. Otherwise this game has its pros and cons like the furnishings are very realistic, but, some of the prices are not on the other hand, plaster is generally not 300$. It can also be annoying to almost always spend what I’m gonna call “Gold Tokens” first, they are not the easiest to get and there are over 5000 items that you have to unlock by spending 5 of the “Golden Tokens” yeah, there is some more I could go on about but I think instead of complaining I should complement the developers, this game has great potiential, it just needs a few tweaks here and there. And the update ideas I gave that would be awesome to actually see become reality. Thank you guys for a great game! I completely reccomend it!

I've been playing this game for awhile and I will admit that I definitely have a borderline obsession with it. However, it is absolutely one of those games that tries really hard to "subtly" push you to use real money to buy flipcoins, and as you progress further in the game, it's extremely hard to progress without buying them. I'm level 15 and have hit a pretty hard roadblock because I refuse to use my money so I've started over because I love the game and they update it so much, so even though they do this, I'd still say it is absolutely worth playing!Update: Still a great game and definitely worth playing but my goodness does the achievement system need some work! I’m level 16 on my “main” account and there’s basically no way to progress except by either spending money or doing Robert’s tasks OVER and OVER and OVER again until I finally make 17 so that I can have enough flipcoins to complete another request. Mind you, I’ve also never spent flipcoins on a tool upgrade, so you know I’m not wasting them! Also, can we PLEASE give Robert some new jobs already??? This game has been out for how long now with monthly updates and I’ve been doing the same two jobs for him over and over again and it’s getting really annoying not gonna lie.Fun little idea on the side! You guys should totally add on an island type thing like they did in Animal Crossing New Horizons with the trowel tool! That would be awesome for making even better kitchens when flipping houses!

Conclusion

In conclusion, House Flipper: Home Design offers a straightforward premise of renovating houses with immersive visuals and progressive content. However, its repetitive nature may deter some players, as the general flow remains consistent throughout. Additionally, encountering glitches and bugs detracts from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the game provides ample opportunities for creativity and customization, making each project unique and engaging for players willing to overlook its flaws.
