Game guide
The gladiator cannot be used until the player has created one in career mode.
The attackers come in the following order: 1 and 2 are peasants, 3, 4, and 5 are tribesmen, 6, 7, and 8 are warriors, 9 and 10 are fanatics, 11, 12, and 13 are elite warriors, 14 is a Battle Druid, 15, 16, and 17 are noblemen, 18 is the Conspirator, 19 is the warlord's bodyguard, and 20 is the warlord.
After defeating the warlord, the emperor will retreat into a different room and leave you alone to fight an endless wave of Tribesmen until you have defeated 99 total enemies, in which then the game will end.

Hey! I played this a while ago on pc over on itch. Happy to see it's on Android, it's a great game for mobile! I do wish I could zoom or pan on war mode, or that my armies just paused after they got where I sent them instead of just exploring with their ai. It's a very fun mode, but if those two things changed there would be a lot less wasted time. I lost a lot of time to not being sure where the edge of the map was. Really fun and under $3 though, it's a solid rec for anyone from me!
Excellent game. I've reached 99 score on arcade, killed the Praetorian guard 4 times and beat Spartacus' war as all factions, and completed it in 3 in game days as the Romans. I've maxed it out, that's an issue. While it's still fun to play, I need more modes to spice it up, or more equipment. Other than that single player is great and is still very challenging. But I have an issue with the multiplayer. It runs horribly and lags severely. Causing me and my opponents strikes to not hit.
It is like a browser game, the good kind, the kind people play as kids and remember how good it was. The tutorial is very basic though, it doesn't teach you how blocking and countering works in this game, it doesn't work like in most other games. I did eventually figure it out though. When I did the game got much more fun. The replayability value is alright. But I did encounter a money glitch. When I went to upgrade my trainer, I for some reason didn't spend coins. It stopped working eventually.

Summarize
Gladihoppers has more than 90 pieces of equipment, among them weapons, shields, and armors that in addition to completely changing how you face your opponents give your character different skills and stats that it's crucial to master if you want to emerge victorious from your next battle.
