Okay, I downloaded this games years ago and I enjoyed it. I don’t mind the ads because it gives me more jewels or life, but why is the new ads that is presented to me won’t allow me to exit when I click on it to watch so that it would give me another chance to beat the level. For instance, I needed to get 24 customers or money, but because I ran out of time I had 23/24. So it gave me the option to watch the ad to give me another chance, and when I clicked on it, it was a theater play ad that was telling me to sign up for tickets to see it. After the ad was done playing there was no way to exit the ad, so I had to exit the whole app itself but I had to start over the whole level again, and I lost a life, and it did the same thing when playing other levels. Overall, I really enjoy playing this game, definitely when I’m trying to kill time or just in the mood for it. I will give it a 5 rating simply because I have never had any issues with it before, it’s just that these new ads do not have an exit button after it’s done advertising. Hope it gets fixed.

I really want to give this game five stars, but there’s one major annoying thing this game does. Even though I pay to have ads removed, I still get very annoying pop ups after every single level. When I am on a roll I do not want to be stopped everytime to be told “like us on Facebook!” “Try our other game!” “Buy your piggy bank!” “Complete your daily tasks!” “Rate us in the App Store!” I could play 10 levels in a row and still get pop ups. All these things could just be icons on the side of the main screen with a notification dot and I will get to them when I want, especially if I paid for the game. There needs to be more fluidity into the next level because of the nature of this game. Other than that I love this game. I love the graphics, the sounds are satisfying, it’s fast and keeps up with my taps. I don’t too much care for the mini games like collecting cards and spinning the wheel, but I see the appeal to other players. Another suggestion I have is to see more diversity in the customers. Black people aren’t just football players! We are cute kids and college students and happy business people and fitness junkies too. Would like to see other races included as well.

I LOVE this game. I can get so addicted to it and it’s one of the few cooking games I like. I downloaded this game years ago and had to delete it due to lack of storage. I’ve since upgraded my phone to the latest on the market and have all the storage necessary now to have this app.. sadly I have been experiencing these pesky ads that the game will not allow you to exit out of at times. While the ads are helpful to double coins or get bonus gifts or time to pass a level, it is NOT helpful that most of the time lately you cannot exit out of ads. It’s really frustrating when you are trying to complete a level and the game allows you to watch an ad for more time/customers and then you take the time to WATCH the whole ad only to not be able to exit once it’s finished. I’m forced to close the app and restart it only to have to start the level all over again.. I really hope this can be fixed as soon as possible. I want to keep the game but I will give up and delete the app if this issue continues to persist.
