The original was one of the best games I've ever played on all platforms, and I'm thrilled to see the sequel take it a step further. Unlike the original, the battles in this game only become epic after a few levels, which is fantastic. This game is well-made, rich in content, and absolutely worth the price, far exceeding $2.99. However, I disagree with compensating for the price reduction by increasing hero prices. After playing the original version, I was happy to spend $10 to buy all the heroes. Oh my god, this game is amazing! Seriously, it's the best tower defense game I've ever seen! Secondly, as a fan of the original Kingdom Rush, I initially hesitated because of the $3 price tag, but ultimately found it to be well worth it. With hours of gameplay and high replay value, it's definitely worth half a lunch. It's fantastic! The story is as engaging as its predecessor, and the upgrade system and towers are very easy to pick up. While many aspects have been balanced, the next Kingdom Rush might still have room for further adjustments. This is definitely a game I would recommend to everyone.
